EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA

ABWA High Noon Chapter

1.      Applicant must be:

·        Student who is working full-time with a need to increase skills and who wants to go back to school part time.  (Full-time work = 30 hours/week or more; part-time school = two classes or 6 hours per term)  OR;

·        Full-time student who is 100% responsible for their educational expenses

2.      Must have completed 2 semesters or 3 quarter and GPA must be at least 3.0 (or equivalent)

3.      Must maintain a minimum of a 3.0 GPA to be eligible to apply again

4.      Can be either a graduate or undergraduate student

5.      Must submit a degree plan or course of study plan, a transcript, three character reference letters and a biographical statement along with the application

6.      The scholarship check will be made jointly to the recipient and the school

7.      Scholarship can be used for tuition, fees and book

8.      Applicants must be attending one of the following schools:

       Ayurvedic Institute                                    AIBT International Institute of the Americas

       Albuquerque TV-I                                       Apollo College

       The Art Center Design College                     Central Missouri State University

       Century University, Inc.                              College of Santa Fe

       Devry University                                        Eastern New Mexico University          

       Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University            ITT Technical Institute

       International Institute of Chinese Medicine     Metropolitan College

       National American University                         New Mexico Highlands University

       New Mexico State University                          New Mexico Tech

       Pima Medical Institute                                  Southern Illinois University
